The Master Bedroom boasts an emperor-sized bed (larger than a King sized bed) with dresser, combination television/DVD, telephone, and there are patio doors to the pool. The large en-suite bathroom is fitted with two vanity units a Jacuzzi bath, an extra large walk in shower and a WC. A hairdryer is also provided as well as linens and towels thorughout the house. Adjacent to the bathroom is a spacious walk-in closet. There is also a workstation and Broadband internet connection that can be made available if you wish to take your laptop computer with you.
 
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are luxuriously appointed twin rooms; both have spacious fitted closets. Each has a bedside cabinet with lamp and dressing table with mirror over it and contain a combination television/DVD player. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom, which has a vanity unit, sink, toilet and a bath with a shower over it.
 
Bedroom 4 holds a queen-sized bed; spacious fitted closet, two bedside tables with lamps and a dresser table with mirror over and a combination television/DVD player. This bedroom has the sole use of a bathroom, which contains a bath with overhead shower, a vanity sink unit and toilet. A second hairdryer is provided here. This bathroom is also conveniently situated close to an outer door leading to the enlarged patio and pool area.
 
The Family Room contains a 21 inch television, which has an extensive cable package, DVD player and radio tuner with surround sound speakers fitted into the ceiling. It has luxurious sofas, a central coffee table and side lamps. We also provide free unlimited domestic and international calls to landlines and mobiles. In the cupboard above the telephone stand, we have supplied a wide selection of paperbacks for poolside reading and some DVD's. Please feel free to make full use of them.
 
The Living Room offers more luxurious settees, coffee tables with lamps and a central coffee table. The living room is perfect as a reading area or for making use of the CD radio system.
 
The Dining Room is off the living room and has a large dining table with seating for eight.
 
The Kitchen itself contains a fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and an electric cooker and hob. There are ample plates cuttlery, cups and glasses to cater for eight. There is also a supply of plastic crockery and glasses for dining al fresco.
 
The Utility Room has an oversize washer and dryer, there is also an iron and ironing board to remind you of home! In the utility room you will find tennis racquets and balls, please replace any balls lost for future guests. There are also a few rain Macs and ponchos in case you go to the water rides in the theme parks.
 
There is also a 3-Car Garage.
 
The large Pool and Spa, both of which can be heated, are serviced weekly. The pool deck offers lots of space to sunbathe, together with the enlarged covered area, which allows you to eat and sit in the shade with the added benefit of two outside fans. There is a large dining table with eight chairs, four of which recline, 2 footstools and four sun loungers.
 
All telephone calls both domestic and international to landlines are completely free of charge.

There is also wireless internet access available at the home.
