Our aim is to work with an owner to make sure your home is in excellent shape for when a guest visits. We do not believe in half measures and we certainly do not cut corners when it comes to looking after a home. It is your home and our role is to keep it in great shape on your behalf.

We offer a full range of management services, one of our first task would be to make sure you have all the licenses and documents to be able to rent out your vacation home.  We would tailor a management package for your needs, services that you may require include:
 

• Pool care.

The swimming pool is cleaned on a weekly basis by pool technicians who have been  fully trained and are certified by the State of Florida. Every week the pool is tested to make sure the right chemical balance is maintained. Additional chemicals may then be added if required. Work is carried out in the pool to maintain its cleanliness and the deck and furniture cleaned. A report card is left on site for inspection.

• Lawn care.

The first impression a guest has of your home is when they pull up outside. Its important to have the lawn looking in great condition. Cutting, trimming and weeding are all part of our lawn care service. If your home is on a resort community, then you will not need this service as the grass is cut by the HOA.

• Pest control.

Treatment inside and outside your home to prevent bugs and pests from entering. Any that manage to break through will not last long.

• Maid cleaning service.

This is an extremely important part of our property management service. You want your home to look its best for the benefit of your guests and yourselves. We believe you should expect the best possible care of your home. We provide a cleaning service that is second to none. Our aim is to have your vacation home looking its best. After your home has been cleaned our housekeeping team will visit to make sure everything is as it should be. However we go beyond that. 

If your home is vacant for a period of time its natural for it to require a 'touch up' clean prior a check in. We perform this at no cost to you the owner. Our house keeping team visit regularly to make sure all is well. It is at least once a week but usually more.

• Something different.

From time to time you may wish to provide something different for your guests. For example a birthday cake or bottle of wine. You know the type of thing, make it special. Whether its a repeat guest or a wedding party. We can provide this service. We will be at your home on check in day in any event, so why not arrange something different.

• Maintenance service.

We can provide a quality maintenance service. From installing a ceiling fan to whole house painting. Our service personnel can provide a no obligation quote for any type of work. As a home owner with Flag Ship Vacation Homes you will get prefer rates and we oversea all work, which is guaranteed.

We can also arrange payment of utilities etc. However we believe that a homeowner should have control over their payments and would always recommend that you pay your own bills, most if not all can be paid online direct to the company concerned or through auto pay, again direct to the company concerned. Of course if you would rather that we took care of payments then no problem.

24/7 availability for guests and homeowners alike, and that means someone here will answer the phone. It will not be an automated message. It cannot be stressed enough the importance of having someone answer a call who is able to deal with the problem at hand. Call centers and voice mail do not help a guest out when they most need it.

We answer emails in a timely manner.

In fact, anything to do with the upkeep and maintenance of your home is our priority.
