We have all the homes listed under one of three category's.

Standard: Clean comfortable home. Usually an older home but still able to offer pleasant accommodation.

Premium: A well maintained home not on a resort.

Exclusive: A well maintained resort home on a gated community. There will be a resort pool, clubhouse and other additional facilities. Resort homes are newer homes.

Orlando and Florida has a large variety of places to visit that does not include a theme park. We can advise on this when you have reserved a home. As an example why not go Manatee watching or swimming with Dolphins in the sea. How about walking or canoeing in a National Park. All are within easy reach of your vacation home.

The price of a hotel room on Walt Disney World® property can take a huge bite out of your budget for a vacation. An alternative, is to rent a vacation home complete with private pool. All homes are furnished and are close to Walt Disney World.

Benefits of renting a vacation home:

1. Less Expensive
For about half the price of a deluxe resort room per night, you could stay in a pool home. You could share the expense of a home with another family. Or, if you require a larger home, vacation homes are available as large as a 7-bedroom home, which sleeps up to 16 people.

2. Home environment
Feeling at home can be more relaxing and recuperative after long days in the parks. Each member of the family can enjoy separate activities when needed or take that much-needed nap while others listen to their music, read, surf the web or even get some work done from the office.

3. Eat at home
Not only does eating out in restaurants for every meal get expensive, but it gets old, too. After awhile, you long to just make a simple meal and sit in your pajamas at night instead of always having formal meals out. You can do your own shopping at a nearby grocery store. And should you want take-out, there are plenty of restaurants with take-out and/or home delivery service

4. Laundry
Having convenient access to in-home laundry facilities also allows for lighter packing. Vacation clothes for an entire family for at least a week can really add up. But if you can easily do laundry while relaxing in the home or swimming out by the pool, what a savings in money, time, and effort. We can also provide mid stay cleans for an additional charge.

5. Amenities
Some of the private homes include a game room. They all have a pool (except condo's & town homes) and maybe a spa. The Resort complexes have further facilities, including a large Resort pool. It’s simply a wonderful way to relax in the afternoon after touring the parks all morning in the heat, crowds, and with tired feet. In fact what better way is there to recharge the batteries than leave the parks mid afternoon go back to your vacation home and relax by the pool and unwind. Then later return to the parks refreshed and stay for the rest of the evening.
